Kathryn Hayes, Ph.D.
Managing Director
Kathryn is a certified executive coach with advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Transformative Studies. She works with CEOs and executive teams primarily within Private Equity, with experience coaching global executives across North and South America and Shanghai.
Kathryn Hayes, Ph.D. is a highly experienced executive coach, holding certifications in integral coaching and advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Transformative Studies. With a background in coaching top-tier global companies and their leaders, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve high performance and superior business results.
She has a proven track record of success, having served as an Executive High-Performance Team Coach at the Clorox Company, where she worked with senior business teams and their leaders. Currently, she works with numerous CEOs and their executive teams, primarily within Private Equity.
With experience coaching global executives across North and South America and Shanghai, Kathryn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients.

Megan is a seasoned business executive and professionally certified executive coach with over twenty years of hands-on operating experience. She has worked with companies including Levi's, Estee Lauder, Colgate, and e.l.f. Beauty, where she served on the Executive Team.
Megan is a seasoned business executive and a professionally certified executive coach with a focus on achieving both business and professional development objectives. She has extensive leadership experience with public companies and private equity, having worked with companies as large as Levi's, Estee Lauder, Colgate, e.l.f. Beauty (where she was part of the Executive Team), and Schiff Nutrition, as well as start-ups such as American Giant and Yoyodyne Entertainment.
With over twenty years of hands-on operating experience, she brings a rich background with deep insight into the challenges faced by today's leaders. She has a track record of coaching successful executives, building high-performing teams, simplifying complex problems, and inspiring leaders at all levels of the organization.
Her coaching approach is informed by her years of orchestrating results amid fast-paced environments with different types of teams — from virtual and matrixed to functional. Her direct, practical style allows her to connect throughout the organization from emerging new managers to seasoned leaders. Her focus is on improving business results and achieving growth targets through leadership development and executive coaching.

Will Hayes is a Silicon Valley technology leader with more than 20 years of experience building products and companies in AI, data, and digital commerce. He previously served as President and CEO of Lucidworks, where he helped major retailers and global enterprises apply AI to search, discovery, and customer experience. Earlier, he was part of the early team at Splunk, building the company's global technology partner ecosystem, and began his career as a software engineer at Genentech. Today he advises leadership teams on AI strategy and high-performing organizations.

Sajit is a seasoned strategy and operations executive with deep experience in SaaS, supply chain, and enterprise transformation. As former SVP of Strategy and Operations at Lucidworks, he brings expertise across SAP, organizational design, and data-driven leadership.
Sajit Menon is a seasoned strategy and operations executive with extensive experience in SaaS products, early-stage startups, and supply chain management. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Lucidworks, where he drove product and corporate strategy, operations, pricing, and corporate development.
Sajit excels at formulating business and product strategies, implementing scalable OKRs, and identifying and transforming underperforming operations. He has a track record of driving corporate goals, building and leading teams during hyper-growth, and is a data-driven cross-functional leader. He also has expertise in organizational design, SaaS pricing strategies, and product management.
In addition, Sajit has a wealth of experience in the field of supply chain management, manufacturing, strategy, and technology, including tenure at top-tier consulting firms and advisory roles at Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
